The Haysville Saddle Club Princess 08-09
The Haysville Saddle Club would like to announce their 2009 Princess, Miah Konklin. Miah Konklin is the daughter of Billy and Heather Konklin Jr. The Konklin family reside in Mulvane. Miah is 6 years old and attends Kindergarten at Munson Elementary.
Miah is a member and participant of the National Barrel Horse Association, NBHA. Miah won 3rd in the 3D at the Kansas NBHA State Championships in May of 2008 and is qualified for May of 2009. Miah won High Point for 2008 at the HSC in the 1-6 age division.
The Princess contestants were judged all summer in various areas: attendance at saddle club events and meetings, parades, presentation of oneself in dress and manner, interview, and horsemanship.
Miah will be reprsenting the HSC in 2009 at various events.
